Credits and Returns 

We will gladly issue a refund provided:

• It is an incorrectly supplied product on our behalf
• It is not the product you need, provided you return it within 7 days from date of invoice/reciept
• It is still in good working order and in original packaging
• If we have specially ordered a product for you by your request, then a return will also entail a 15% re-stocking fee
• Special items and custom made products cannot be returned
