Customer Service and Enquiries

We aim to make our business relationship with you as hassle free and enjoyable as we can.

Credits and Returns 

We will gladly issue a refund provided:

  • It is an incorrectly supplied product on our behalf
  • If we have specially ordered a product for you by your request, then a return will also entail a 15% re-stocking fee
  • Special items and custom made products cannot be returned


Store Returns

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If you’re not, return it in its original packaging to any of our stores, within 14 days. Simply provide the receipt and we’ll refund or exchange it for you.

Copyright laws and hygiene issues mean a refund or exchange is only available on the following items if they are found to be faulty:

  • DVDs
  • CDs
  • Software
  • Printer inks and toners
  • Food and drinks
  • Customer special orders

If your purchase is found to be faulty, and it falls under the manufacturer’s warranty, we will repair the item for you. If the item is unable to be repaired, we will exchange it for you.

Online Purchase Returns

To return a purchase, simply call our Customer Service Team on:

We will give you a returns number which must go on the packing slip of the item to be returned.

If it’s a faulty product, we will arrange for our courier to come and collect it from you.

If it was a mis-order of a normal stocked item, give our Customer Service Team a call, or simply return it, with your proof of purchase, to any one of our stores.

Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery and in its original unopened packaging.
